Tamil Nadu's Finance Minister and Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa's close confidant O Panneerselvam on Wednesday chaired a meeting of the state cabinet in the absence of the AIADMK chief who is currently under treatment at the Apollo Hospital here.

Chennai, Oct 12 (ANI): A number of supporters of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J. Jayalalithaa gathered outside Apollo Hospital and offered prayers for her speedy recovery in Chennai on Wednesday. Prayers are being hold for well-being of the Tamil Nadu CM. She has been hospitalised since September 22.
