They're hoping to snag the attention of "young, affluent credit cardholders," that may have flocked to JPMorgan Chase after it unveiled its popular Sapphire Reserve card, last August. The perks of Bank of America's new Premium Rewards card include a $100 travel credit, lower annual fees, bonuses and a minimum-spending threshold.
