News video: 10 LSU Students Charged in Death of Fraternity PledgeAccording to The New York Times, 10 current or former students at Louisiana State University have been charged in the death of 18-year-old freshman Maxwell Gruver. According to reports, Gruver died after participating in a fraternity hazing activity called "bible study," in which one consumes alcohol for punishment when answering a question incorrectly. Reports add that at the time of Gruver's autopsy his blood alcohol content was .496 percent, more than six times the legal limit for driving.
