Mali President on massacre: "We are in times of war"

Mali's President Ibrahim Boubacar Keita has sacked and replaced two of his generals following the Ogossagou massacre in central Mali. 134 Fulani villages were killed in their homes, many of the victims were women and children. The Fulani ethnic minority has been accused of having ties to jihadist organizations in the area.
