Longtable Group Ltd (ASX:LON) has welcomed the successful ranging of several new products for Paris Creek Farms and Maggie Beer with retailers across Australia. These new product launches, which include Paris Creek Farms biodynamic organic butter, biodynamic organic milk and Maggie Beer’s new soup range, support the growth ambitions of Longtable’s group of brands. “High quality Australian branded products” Longtable managing director Laura McBain said: “The enhanced product portfolio being launched across a range of retailers demonstrates Longtable’s commitment to high quality Australian branded products and their resonance with retailers and consumers. “We expect all of these new ranges to contribute strongly to revenue growth and these successes will further enhance the Maggie Beer cost-focused turnaround and complement the cost-focus at Paris Creek Farms to deliver similar success.” Following the demand for ‘good fats’ by Australian consumers, the Paris Creek bio-dynamic organic butter range has been launched. Butters available in 280 Coles stores In South Australia, Coles will continue to range Paris Creek Farms’ unsalted butter in about 70 stores and add the new staled butter to those South Australian stores. Both butters will be available in 210 Coles premium stores, bringing the total distribution to around 280 stores. Metcash also have plans to also launch the new salted butter soon. The first of the new look one-litre and two-litre biodynamic organic milks from Paris Creek Farms will be reaching consumers in South Australia today with products to reach the eastern seaboard next week. Expansion into Harris Farm Markets Increasing distribution is a key platform for the growth of Longtable brands and Harris Farm Markets is regarded as a retailer of premium brands. Harris Farm Markets will be ranging the Paris Creek Farm’s biodynamic organic yogurts, cheese and butters in 222 stores from the end of May 2019. Maggie Beer new soup range Metcash will be offering a new range of Maggie Beer soups to their independent grocery network from May 2019, which will be offered in single serve cups in four different flavours including tomato, beetroot, mushroom and miso, pumpkin and coconut and spicy lentil.
