Cradle Resources enters an ASX trading halt

Cradle Resources (ASX:CXX) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX, pending details of draft changes to mining legislation proposed by the Tanzanian government. Cradle recently entered into a Scheme Implementation Agreement under which Tremont Investments will acquire all of the issued share capital in Cradle. The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Tuesday 4th July 2017, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
