NSW Parliament is set to have its first Question Time since the Coalition was re-elected in the March state election. Labor is without an elected leader after Michael Daley stepped down following his election defeat. Newly elected One Nation MP Mark Latham will deliver his maiden speech in the upper house at 4.30pm.
