Ukraine, Russia resume blame game as peace process hits roadblock
Thursday, 10 October 2019 Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy on Thursday accused Russia of delaying a summit aimed at resolving the conflict between Kiev and pro-Russian separatists in Ukraine's east, but Moscow said Kiev needed to pull back its troops first.
The leaders of Russia and Ukraine met in Paris to try and reach peace over east Ukraine, where 13,000 people have died in fighting since 2014. Caroline Malone reports
