Spain seeks arrest of Catalan ex-leader Puigdemont in Belgium

Belgium has received a third arrest warrant request from Spain's Supreme Court for Catalonia's former pro-independence leader Carles Puigdemont, a spokeswoman for the Brussels prosecutor said on Wednesday.
