Southern California high school shooter used self-assembled 'ghost gun'

The Los Angeles County Sheriff's department confirmed that the .45-calibre pistol that Nathaniel Berhow used in the shooting at Saugus High School in Santa Clarita, Calif., on his 16th birthday was a so-called ghost gun made from a kit.
