The wabash county prosecutor says officers were justified in shooting and killing a kokomo man last month.the incident happened february 14 on wabash county road 400 north between county roads 400 east and 500 east.the prosecutors office says 29- year-old travis tucker was the suspect in a burglary that took place that afternoon near andrews in huntington county.
When wabash and huntington county sheriffs deputies tried to arrest tucker, he attempted to run over them.that's when deputies shot at tucker, killing him.
