Kroger Partnering With Microsoft For Grocery Stores

Bloomberg reports that Kroger and Microsoft have joined forces to design new technology for brick-and-mortar grocery stores.

According to Business Insider, the technology is being tested in two Kroger locations.

One technology being tried out are digital shelves.

This system originally debuted in the fall and is currently present at the ends of aisles in 92 Kroger stores.

It forgoes paper price tags in favor of digital displays.
