Fire Rages After Plane Crashes Into Yorba Linda Home

A Cessna 414 plane crashed into a home in Yorba Linda, California, on Sunday afternoon, February 3, causing a home to catch fire.

The Federal Aviation Administration confirmed the crash, according to local media, saying the plane crashed shortly after taking off from nearby Fullerton Airport.

Videos and photos posted by neighbors to social media showed a plume of smoke rising from the crash.

The footage above, taken from Crestknoll Drive where the plane impacted, shows homes ablaze and scattered pieces of the plane’s fuselage.

Sirens and pops can be heard as the fire tore through the homes.

Two were killed and two others injured in the incident, according to the Orange County Fire Authority.
