Kate Middleton is a champion for mental health, especially in children, so it is no wonder that she shared something personal when she visited Lavender Elementary School for Children’s Mental Health Week.????The Kensington Palace Twitter feed shared the moment Kate interacted  with the children:????With Year 2 Teacher Ms Monk The Duchess of Cambridge joins pupils sharing objects which represent something that makes them feel good…????…The Duchess of Cambridge brought with her a photograph of her family to share with the class.????The photo is the picture from their 2018 family Christmas card featuring her husband Prince William, and children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis.????In addition to sharing her own feel good item, she meet the school dog, and visited with parents.????The Duchess of Cambridge met parents at Lavender Primary to hear their stories of the various parenting challenges they face and how they have managed to keep them and their children healthy.????A conversation all parents should have with each other, even royals.??
