A nurse at a prison in Missouri murdered her husband so that she could be with an inmate who is serving a life sentence.

????Fox 22 reported, 40-year-old Amy Murray apparently poisoned her husband with antifreeze and then set her house on fire.

????After she started the fire, she took her son and two dogs to a McDonald’s.????Court documents show that Murray was having an affair with prisoner, Eugene Claypool.

????Claypool has been locked up for over 18 years after he stabbed a 72-year-old man -- who won a $1.7 million lottery game -- to death.

????A recorded phone conversation shows Murray told Claypool that she could marry Claypool now because her husband was dead and “out of the picture.”????Murray was charged with first-degree murder and armed criminal action in the death of her husband.
