Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has returned to the Supreme Court two months after undergoing surgery.??????The 85-year-old justice attended a regular closed door meeting where the court considers requests to review cases, the Hill reports.

??????In late December, Ginsburg underwent surgery to remove two cancerous nodules in her lung.????Reuters reports while she was absent, Ginsburg missed oral arguments for the first time since she joined the high court in 1993.??????However she continued to work from home by reading argument transcripts and case briefs as well as voting in cases.??????In november, Ginsburg fell and broke three ribs.

After undergoing tests, reuters reports that’s when doctors were able to find the nodules in her lungs.??????Ginsburg is one of the 4 liberal members on the Supreme Court, if she becomes unable to continue serving, President Trump has the ability to replace her with a conservative.??
