Key Senate Panel Split On Trump-Russia Collusion

According to Reuters, the U.S. Senate Intelligence Committee, is split along party lines over whether Donald Trump’s campaign colluded with Russia in the 2016 U.S. presidential election.

The division raised the question if any committee could ever produce a consensus view of what happened with Trump and the Russians.

The question has cast doubts about whether congressional investigations into Trump will result in lawmakers trying to start impeachment proceedings against the Republican president.
