Mike Trout Is on the Brink of Signing Biggest Sports Contract Ever with the Los Angeles Angels

Mike Trout is on the brink of closing the largest contract in professional sports history with the Los Angeles Angels.

The two parties are close to inking a 12-year deal worth at least $430 million.

The star outfielder previously signed a six-year, $144.5 million deal in 2014.

This contract extension would add an additional 10 years and nearly $300 million.
