UCLA Soccer Coach Indicted After Involvement In College Admission Scandal
UCLA men’s soccer coach Jorge Salcedo was one of the many people involved in the college scandal.
According to Deadspin, Salcedo allegedly received $200,000 in bribes between 2016 and 2018.
He designated two UCLA applicants and soccer recruits, even though neither played the sport.
When news of the scandal broke, Salcedo was placed on administrative leave.
He then resigned and since then has been indicted for conspiracy to commit racketeering.
