Trump Chooses David Bernhardt For US Secretary of Interior

President Donald Trump officially chose a former energy lobbyist to lead the Interior Department.

David Bernhardt has been the U.S. Secretary of Interior since his Ryan Zinke resigned.

During a key Senate panel, Bernhardt said he would take precautions to prevents conflicts of interest.

According to Reuters, the Interior Department is being used by Trump to boost domestic crude oil, natural gas and coal production.
