Power Restored to Parts of Venezuela Following Blackout
Electricity was restored in some parts of Venezuela on March 28, four days into a blackout that shut schools, suspended transport services and affected hospitals, reports said.
A blackout occurred earlier in March affecting 22 states.
Self-declared president Juan Guaido previously said the power outage was due to government inefficiency.
President Nicolas Maduro said that the outage was due to a terror attack on the country’s electrical system.
