Trump Says Jussie Smollett's Case Will Be Reviewed By Department of Justice

President Donald Trump said the Department of Justice would review Jussie Smollett’s case.

Smollett was charged with staging a fake hate-crime attack on himself in Chicago.

According to Reuters, prosecutors abruptly dropped the case.

Chicago sent the Smollett a letter demanding their police to be reimbursed $130,000 in overtime costs.

The actor insists he did not fake the crime and that he was the victim of a real crime.
