Starmer on extension: What's PM going to use this time for?
The EU has granted the UK a flexible extension of Article 50 until 31st October.
Sir Keir Starmer welcomed the news, saying: "I think businesses and communities across the country will be very relieved that we're not leaving tomorrow without a deal".
In terms of the recent, ongoing Brexit talks between Conservative and Labour ministers, the shadow Brexit secretary said that there were "challenges" and there is "a distance between us".
