PM statement on Brexit October extension
The prime minister has made a statement in the House of Commons following the UK's agreement on Wednesday night to a Brexit extension until 31st October.
Britain has the option to leave the EU before that date, and Theresa May said: "The date of our departure from the EU, and our participation in the European parliamentary elections, remains a decision for this House".
