Jenkin: Theresa May 'leaving Conservative Party behind her'

Sir Bernard Jenkin says that Theresa May is "leaving the Conservative Party behind her".

The prime minister travelled to Brussels on Wednesday to request a Brexit extension from the EU, which was granted until 31st October.

The MP for Harwich and North Essex added that there have been "several indications where a majority of Conservative MPs have expressed deep disquiet with her policy".
