Police in Clearwater, Florida, are searching for a suspect who stole a wallet from a Walmart store and rode off on a motorized shopping cart on April 1.

CCTV footage posted by the Clearwater Police Department shows the suspect driving the motorized scooter around an aisle before picking up the wallet and driving away.

The fiancee of the man who owns the wallet, Emma Gans, followed the suspect out of the store and confronted him about the alleged theft.

Police said the suspect threw the wallet back at Gans and took cash from it.
