Mexico Breaks Promise To Treat Central American Migrants Humanely

Mexico is feeling the pressure from Washington and beginning to break their promises on immigration.

According to Reuters, Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador promised to treat Central American migrants better.

Yet they are leaving hundreds stranded in unsanitary camps near its southern border.

In January, his Obrador gave thousands of year-long humanitarian visas.

These visas give migrants legal access to jobs and the right to travel to the U.S.
