Rescue workers helped people from the rubble of a supermarket in the town of Porac in the Philippines on April 23, one day after a 6.1 magnitude earthquake shook most of the south central parts of the country killing at least 11 people.This footage shows members of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority extract a person from a large hole in the concrete at the Chuzon Supermarket in the town of Porac in the province of Pampanga, around 80 km from Manila in the Philippines.
