People Evacuate Buildings as Second Earthquake Hits Philippines
A 6.3 earthquake hit the Philippines on Tuesday, April 23, one day after an earthquake affected Manila and the rest of the island of Luzon, killing 11 people.
The USGS said the earthquake hit the Eastern Visayas region, northeast of Manila, which make up the islands of Samar, Leyte and Biliran.
There was no threat of tsunami, reports said.
