S&P Recovers From Last Year's Losses Sets New Closing High
According to Reuters, the S&P 500 closed at a new all-time high.
On April 23rd, the benchmark index rose almost 1-percent, adding 25-points and rising to 2,933.
The bet the S&P's previous closing high by 3-points.
Late last September, the S&P set a record closing high at 2,930, with an intra-day all-time high of 2,940.
The S&P is up about 17-percent on the year, after reaching a 20-month low last December.
But the benchmark index has recovered from its steep losses.
