US Service Members Wounded in Kabul Car Bombing

A car bomb attack targeted a US convoy in southern Kabul, Afghanistan, on the morning of May 31.

A government spokesman, cited in Afghan media, said four civilians were killed.

A spokesman for the US forces in Afghanistan was quoted as saying four service members were lightly wounded in the blast.

A Taliban spokesman claimed responsibility for the attack.
