South African youths hold climate march through streets of Cape Town

Hundreds of youths from all over Cape Town descended on South Africa's parliament today (June 14) to draw awareness to climate and environmental issues.

The children marched chanting and bearing placards with slogans such as "Our Planet is Burning!" and "Planet before profit!", while later heard singing the country's national anthem.

Afterwards reportedly the crowd marched onward to the Cape Town Parade area brandishing placards and flags.
