Mum lifts bed to find paperwork, but fails

SWSYbed - by Jack Wright This funny epic fail video shows a mum lifting up her bed only for the slats to slowly fall out one by one every time she tries to fix it.

Paige Smith, 24, couldn't reach paperwork she'd stashed under her bed, so lifted it up to get a better reach.

But one by one, the wooden slats popped out, and despite trying to shove them back out, more and more tumbled out of the bed frame.

All caught on her baby monitor camera, she even tries to push them back into place with her foot, as she holds the heavy mattress above her head, but it wasn't long before it fell through.

Paige, from Bristol, said: "At the time, it wasn't too funny really.

"But now I just think it's hilarious.

Watching it back, it gave me a right chuckle.

"The bed was really heavy, so I was sweating buckets.

It was a proper workout.

"My mum laughed at me as I came down all sweaty and in a right faff - and she hadn't heard anything from there at all.

"She had no idea I was struggling with the bed on my own." Catering assistant Paige was trying to a certificate from under her bed on Tuesday (2) when the camera set up to watch 18 month old daughter Bonnie caught the collapse.

Every time she tried to replace a wooden slat which fell out, another tumbled to the floor, like dominoes.

She said the bed will be fixed by partner Luke, 25, an electrician.

She added: "He's going to try to fix it, but I don't have much hope!

"I never expected the bed to pick a fight with me".
