Newly released court documents are raising questions about former White House communications director Hope Hicks.
Specifically, whether she misled House lawmakers during a closed-door interview last month.
Hicks told the House Judiciary Committee she didn't attend talks involving President Donald Trump and his one-time attorney, Michael Cohen.
They discussed hush-money payments made to adult film actress Stormy Daniels during the 2016 presidential campaign.
But according to Politico, newly released, unsealed portions of a search warrant reveals otherwise.
Hicks participated in a phone call with Trump and Cohen in early October 2016.
The pair were beginning negotiations on a deal to try and keep Daniels from going public with allegations about an affair with Trump
