Along with blasts of tear gas to get rid of their governor?

Puerto ricans continue to make waves as they prepare for his successor.

President trump's tweets are stirring another racial controversy.

This as he celebrates two victories when it comes to border security.

Cbs news corresponde nt kenneth craig has the details.

President trump celebrated the supreme court decision letting him tap into pentagon funds for his southern border wall.

He called it a "big win for border security and the rule of law!"

Friday's ruling cleared the way for the trump administratio n to use about two and a half billion dollars in defense department money for sections of the wall along the border with mexico.

In a statement, house speaker nancy pelosi said the decision ''undermines the constitution and the law.'' the trump administratio n also signed a deal friday with guatemala, requiring migrants who travel through that country to seek asylum there instead of in the united states.

''we're sending a clear message to human smugglers and traffickers that your day is over.'' on saturday, president trump also had a message for maryland representativ e elijah cummings, who is overseeing investigations into reported inhumane conditions at border detention facilities.

In a series of tweets, the president said ''cummings has been a brutal bully, shouting and screaming at the great men women of border patrol about conditions at the southern border, when actually his baltimore district is far worse and more dangerous.'' democrats, including presidential candidates joe biden and kamala harris, are coming to the congressman' s defense...calli ng the president's tweets disgraceful and despicable.

Puerto rico's governor rosello has stepped down?

But for many of the islanders?

The political crisis is far from over.

Puerto ricans have been frustrated for years over poverty and alleged corruption in the government.

The final straw erupted this month following nearly 900 pages of leaked private chats?

Exposing a string of profanity laced, homophobic and misogynistic dialog between rossello and some members of his inner circle.

As rossello prepares to announce his successor?

Many fear they'll be trading one corrupt leader for another "since we don have a secretary of state, because the previous one resigned in the middle of this crisis, the law calls for the secretary of justice to serve as governor for the remainder of the time" wanda ásquez is the secretary of justice.

While in line to become the interim governor?

There are questions over whether she would resign herself shortly after accepting the positon.

She has been implicated in the chat scandal as well.

The people of puerto rico are not giving up they're demanding a new and responsible government.

The otters were back in action at bosse field taking on the thunderbolts could the home team make it back to back wins over windy city?

I'll have those highlights and more when we come back.

With the windy city thunderbolts.

The otters have posted a record of ?5 since the allstar break.

After a ?0 shut out last night... evansville was looking for more of the same in this one.

We begin in the opening frame... tyler vail on the hill for the otters and he opens the game with back to back punchouts for a scoreless inning.

Moving to the bottom of the fourth the otters go to work on offense... runners on second and third for david cronin... and he lines a hit into center field... coming in and scoring on the play are elijah macnamee and hunter cullen... the otters are back in front.

Next man up is keith grieshaber... he goes the other way down the line in right... keeping it just fair... cronin scores from second... and evansville adds on to their lead.

The otters win ?3.

The ohio valley league playoffs continue as university of evansville pitcher sam steimel and dubois county look to eliminate owensboro in huntingburg tonight... the bombers give steimel some early run support as matt ellis bounces into the ground out, scoring benji brokemond from third.

?0 dubois county after one.

Owensboro bounces back in the second ... tarron lawson delivers an opposite field rip to right... plating josh bennett with the equalizer ... riverdawgs go onto take the lead.

But the bombers ignite from there... tyler van pelt..

With runner on the corners... hits into the double play... but that brings in chase hug with the tying run in the third.

Dubois county erupts from there... putting up six tallies in the frame.

The bombers win and advance with a 1?4 win.

And taking a look around the rest of the ohio valley league postseason... the bomebers await the winner between the flash and duelers... on the other side the hoppers advance with a 1?4 win over madisonville.

They await the winner of the series between the chiefs and railroaders.

On the tennis courts... play continues at the deaconess 2019 classic at the wesselman tennis center ... we start with the women's singles semifinals.

The first match featured the fifth seed haruna arakawa (h?

Roo?a ai??

Ko?a) of japan taking on sixth seeded american grace min (minn)... min would muscle... then finesse her way to a ?5 first set victory.

In the second set..

Min works a big first serve to get arawka off balance...then starts to work her sid?

T?side... and arawaka can't quite keep up on the base line... as min advances to the title match..

Winning ?5, ?0.

The second semifinal would feature the top seed... israel's deniz khazaniuk (de?eez ka??

Nook) going up against 17 yea?old unseeded american natasha subhash (so?

Khazaniuk fails to put the point away with her first opportunity... however subash gives her another... and the 24 yea?old israeli takes care of it with the overhead smash.

Khazaniuck would take the first set ?2.

After falling behind ?0 in the second set... subash would battle... however the top seeded khazniuk would have none of it... reeling off the last two games to earn a spot in tomorrow's championship ... winning ?2, ?3.

And finally... the afore mentioned haruna arakawa joined forces with american pamela montez (mo?

Tez) to battle the tournament's top seeds in chieh hsu (chee soo) of taipei... and chanel simmonds (shannell sim?onds) of south africa for the doubles crown.

Hsu and simmonds take the first ?3.

Down ?0 in the second set... arakawa and montez attempt a rally... however simmonds wicked forehand winner down the line puts an end to any comeback hopes... as she and partner chieh hsu take the title... ?2, ?0.

And we end tonight on the golf course at the fedex st jude invite.... we begin with marc leishman..

On 16 and a par 5... leishman taking his third shot..

And he pitches up to the green and rolls his ball in for eagle..

He finishes the day at 9 under par.

Next up we have brooks koepka..

On the second hole... kopeka lands his approach shot on the fringe... and spins the ball back to within a few feet of the pin.

He would make birdie to get to 6 under par.

On 11..

Koepka sinks the long range birdie putt... and that moves him to 10 under on the day.

Then on 15 kopeka drops the bending birdie putt..

He finishes his day at 11 under and just 1 shot back of the lead.

And we end with rory mcilroy..

On the first hole..

He sticks his approach shot close to the hole... after he makes birdie he is at 5 under.

On 14... mcilroy plants his tee shot close to the flag stick... he would make birdie and move to 9 under on the day.

And finally... on 18... mcilroy buries the long range birdie putt to complete his day... he finishes with a flurry and has a one shot lead at 12 under heading into the final round.

And that's all the action i have for you tonight..

We will be right back..

After this quick timeout.

I don't know...our relationship is just kinda boring.
