Grand Jury Indicts Man Accused Of Killing 22 In El Paso Walmart

Shooting suspect Patrick Crusius was indicted for capital murder Thursday in an El Paso courtroom.

Crusius is charged with capital murder for a mass shooting at a Walmart store in El Paso, Texas.

According to Reuters, the 21-year-old will face the death penalty if he is convicted.

The District Attorney’s Office will continue to work hard to ensure that justice is done and is committed to assisting the victims through the judicial process.
