Drive-by shooting suspect under investigation for threatening witness

Moving to our crime watch coverage tonight.... A man accused of killing a woman in a wandermere drive-by shooting is now being charged with witness tampering.

Detectives say they have evidence that jonathan anderson urged a witness to change her testimony in a phone call.

Jail detention staff also found letters in his cell, which said the witness would receive a lawyer and 50-thousand dollars cash if she cooperated.

If not, deputies say anderson threatened to silence the witness, saying she would not make it to trial.

That letter has been submitted to a forensic handwriting.
