Biden Makes Push For Latin Vote

Joe Biden is working behind-the-scenes to win the Latino vote.

A handful of the members of The Congressional Hispanic Caucus may endorse Biden.

According to Politico, members of the CHC have tried to convince Julian Castro to drop out of the Presidential race.

Some members of the CHC want Julian to run for Senate in Texas.

Making things tricky is Julian is the twin brother of Joaquin, the chairman of the CHC.

Julian is not polling well, and some Hispanics are worried.
