C1 3 democrats tonight... as an impeachment inquiry against him moves forward.

L3: now at 11 white brewing up love christy sot tz l3: now at 11 white big blue madness campout and we'll show you the scenes at the big blue madness campout, today.

Good evening and welcome in... i'm tom kenny.

And i'm veronica jean seltzer.

We are following breaking news right now in franklin county... where the state highway department says someone was killed in a wreck.

According to kytc... it happened on highway 127 around 9 o clock tonight.

Kytc says one person died in the crash... which involved a box truck and a passenger car.

No other injuries were reported.

Right now... 127 northbound and southbound are shut down... and the state says they will remain closed for up to 5 hours.

Now in our nation view... the impeachment inquiry against president trump is continuing... and he's pushing back.

Rachel scott is on capitol hill with the latest.

Sot schiff: "i found the allegations deeply disturbing and very credible.

I can understand why the inspector general found them credible."

After pressure from lawmakers on both sides of the aisle.

The adminstration handing over that complaint - they tried to block from getting to congress.

This evening, at least one leading republican-- now saying, quote: there is a lot that is really troubling there.

It comes - after the white house released the summary of a call between president trump and the leader of ukraine.

On capitol hill - the stark division between two parties on full display.

Sot: to impeach the any president over a phone call would be insane sot rep hakim jeffries, d-ny that is textbook abuse of power and the transcripts have become exhibit a that call - is believed to be tied to a whistblower's complaint - that the inspector general found to be of urgent concern and credible.

The presidents defending that call - sot trump that document reveals - the president repeatedly urged the president of ukraine -- to work with his personal lawyer rudy giuliani to help investigate his potential 2020 rival - joe biden.

And his son who had buisness interests there.

Democrats say - what they read - was worse than they imagined.

Sot pelosi: today's release of the notes of the call by the wh confirms this behavior which undermines the integrity of our election, the dignity of any president and our national security.

Tag: all of this coming just 24 hours after pelosi launched that impeachment inquiry against the president - after resisting calls from her party for months.

Now more than 200 house democrats are behind her... but republicans who control the senate - don't believe they have a case.

Rachel scott, abc news, capitol hill a federal lawsuit is filed against u- k...claiming the school discriminates against female athletes.

Two students accuse the university of refusing to create varsity sports for women and to be in complaince...must add 183 women to the athletic program.

After several hours that was fixed...but now it says it's having the same problem...so like earlier...some patients are being diverted...but that does not include trauma, pediatric, high-risk obstectric patients or burn victims. troopers say a wayne county man admits to shooting a man then beating him in the head with a wrench.

K-s-p says troopers were called to duncan road in monticello tuesday night about a shooting and found 52-year-old mark duncan dead along the road.

They say timothy reynolds says he shot duncan and hit him in the head with a wrech as part of an ongoing dispute.

We are learning more about what led to criminal charges against the franklin county public schools superintendent.

Mark kopp is accused of attempted bribery of a public servant.

According to the state-journal...the charge comes from statements kopp allegedly made during an investigation into a sexual abuse case involving a former teacher at bondurant middle school.

That teacher...todd joseph smith...faces sexual abuse charges, according to the report.

The state journal says the principal of the school... whitney allison...also faces charges for failure to report child neglect or abuse.

Mark stoops and his cats have won five straight against the game cocks.

They haven't exactly been blowouts...all five wins by two scores or less...including two on the road in columbia.

But we also are quite concerned about the other people going back to smoking cigarettes and we don't want them to do that."

Sot - boris johnson: "it is absolutely no disrespect to the judiciary to say i think the court was wrong.

The magnitude of the political crisis reflected in unbridled anger of politicians lashing out at the attorney general's defense of the government.

Sot - barry sheeran: "no no shame at all.

The fact this government cynically manipulated the prorogation to shut down the house so it couldn't work as a democratic assembly.

He knows that is the truth, and to come here with his barrister's bluster to obfuscate the truth and for a man like him, a party like this and a leader like this, this prime minister, to talk about morals and morality is a disgrace."

C1 3 quarterback sawyer smith...this after he hurt his shoulder on saturday.

Gran said smith was still sore when he started throwing this week, but that's expected just like any other player.

Smith is expected to start saturday against south carolina.

Gran also did say something else...he took the blame for smith's rough game on saturday.

Smith finished 15 for 41 and 232 yards no touchdowns and an interception.

After that mississippi state loss, lynn bowden junior said it felt a c1 3 little like the old kentucky.

On saturday, he and his teammates will have a chance to right the ship in columbia and they know saturday is one they need to win.

It's early, but this matchup is turning into an important game for both teams. it is kind of crazy to think, but pretty much every player on south carolina's team has never beat kentucky.

Cats have won the last five.

The gamecocks are ready to end that streak on saturday.
