For many of us......this will be the first white Halloween that we've experienced.
Only one Halloween has recorded accumulating snow & that was 124 years ago!
Snow will be moving through that will accumulate in many places mainly in the morning.
Green Bay and the Fox Cities are in the 1-3" range where farther SE, they may see 3-5".
Farther NW, you may only see a trace-1".
This snow will be moving out in the afternoon from west to east, so many trick-or-treaters may be dry, but cold.
Most of this should be done Halloween evening, but it will still be breezy and cold with trick-or-treaters dealing with temps in the low/mid-30s & wind chills in the 10s/20s.
There will be a slight chance of a light rain or shower Friday afternoon with highs struggling to make it to 40.
Most of Saturday looks dry but cold with highs in the upper-30s.
There will be a slight chance of mixed precip on Sunday with highs in the low-40s.
Temps will be COLD as we head into November.
