According to Ryan, Biden is the best Democratic candidate to rally the middle-class vote and defeat Donald Trump.

"I’m convinced that’s Joe Biden … [he has] touch with those blue-collar workers that we have to have if we're going to beat Donald Trump." Tim Ryan, via ‘Morning Joe’.

In Ryan’s opinion, Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren are too focused on sweeping systemic changes, when the real “revolution” is about beating Trump.

Ryan believes Biden would “go to bat” for the working class.
